Ron H

Charlotte, NC

INJURY LEVEL: C2
INJURY DATE: 10/5/13

Before my injury, I was an avid backpacker, runner, hiker, and gardener. Now I am working to get back as much as possible. I am already doing things I was told I would not be able to do like walking with a walker. I know I cannot give up. I know that days are hard and it's hard to find your way back but you have to stay focused. I stay focused by focusing on my faith and my friends and family. I know that without the support of my friends and family I would not have made it this far. Outside of working out every day, I enjoy teaching online classes, studying, reading, and developing friendships. I also enjoy leading and participating in life groups that are committed to encouraging each other.
